StudioE - Guiding Principles

StudioE is a club, created for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs. StudioE members are high-growth CEOs, "Angel" investors, and entrepreneurs with the desire, capacity and potential to ignite the entrepreneurial spirit and grow the economy of the region. The Studio space is the connecting point for members to network, close a deal, brainstorm, or simply relax.

Membership will be organically grown from founding members through recommendation and invitation. Membership dues for 2009 are $1,000. Paid membership grants full access to a shared space and members must exercise reasonable use of such spaces. This studio is not intended to be your office space, but rather a connecting point for networking, deal making, and brainstorming.

Membership will be listed in the name of the CEO and the company. Up to 2 CEOs/partners per company can be assigned a key. Beyond 2 partners, additional partners can join for a reduced annual rate of $500 per year. The CEO member(s) can bring others from their company, but the key-holding member must be present at all times. Guests may also attend with a member.

Members will be given contact information for scheduling and concierge services and will be responsible for communicating their needs to the concierge. Members will be asked to fill out a profile form so the concierge can be in sync with their needs. Members will be given login passwords to the website for scheduling purposes. Members must bring their own padlocks for individual lockers.
